As a rough guide, one hour of raw video footage will take 5 - 7 days, and possibly  more for busy periods like end of school holidays or after Chriistmas/New Year.

Any industry standard video and image files are perfectly fine.   So files that contain AVI, MP4, MOV, BMP, JPG among others will work.  If in doubt, send us a short clip and we will test it for you.

We may have trouble with VHS or MiniDV tapes recorded in LP or Extra-LP mode.  But we will let you know before hand if we encounter such issues.

There are several ways to send PLAYBACK your files:

• Send your media by Australia Post (registered post is preferred): USB/DVD/photos/SDcard etc
• Upload your files to our Cloud server service.  A link and a short guide will be provided to you 
• If you live within a 10km radius Glenfield,  free weekend pickup/delivery may be possible

As a standard part of each package we have,  all finished videos will be transferred to a DVD so you can play it on a standard DVD player.   However If you prefer other formats ie MP4, WMV, AVI etc., simply let us know and we will gladly accommodate.

Additionally we can also upload your finished video on Cloud if this is your preference.

Yes.  But unfortunately we cannot combine the other formats on the same DVD disk.  

A separate disk is required and for that we can combine several formats.  Please refer to the Pricing Guide for the costs associated with additional disk.

HD files are not a problem,  but unfortunately we do not have BlueRay capability at this time.

We want you to be completely happy with your final product.  So before we finalise your video,  we will send you a draft copy for you to evaluate and make any small changes if required.  We define small changes as:  extend/delete/shorten a scene,  change the music, add/remove titles and menu changes.  

Aside from the actual editing,  all our packages come with:

• transition and fade effects
• background music
• re-arrange your scenes to your liking
• removal of unwanted footage
• adjustment of footage colour/brightness/contrast as necessary
• titles
• DVD menu with chapter markers
• DVD case
• actual DVD is printed with your own customised photo 
• Delivery of finished  DVD by Australia Post

PLAYBACK is a small business venture with an ABN that is registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).  However we do not charge GST as we are below the revenue threshold as specified by the Australian Tax Office.   More information can be found here.

Aside from the  footage that you will capture during the event,  we are happy to send you a "scene checklist" if you wish.  Basically this is a list of desirable scenes which will enhance the whole event when it comes to the editing part.   It will greatly assist in the storytelling of your video and we highly recommend it.

Yes!  In fact,  weddings are our specialty.  More often than not,  weddings are events where a lot of people including guests take videos and photos.  From this abundace of footage, we can easily create a magical video of your once in a lifetime special day.

If the wedding event is in the future,  even better... as we can give you the necessary guides and tips beforehand to capture this special event.

We have anti-shake filters which will minimse jerkiness in your footage but it will not eliminate it completely.  However it comes close and we are confident that you will be pleased with the results.
