Things You Should Know
- Generally speaking, a one hour raw video footage will yield anywhere from 10-20 minutes of engaging video. We recommend 15 minutes as any longer it may become tedious to watch. However do let us know if you have a pre-determined length of time for the duration of your video and we are happy to accommodate
- For weddings or presentations, the above point will not apply as you would not want to miss the speeches and ceremony footages.
- Please do not ask us to copy or edit any copyright material. Copyright infringement is a serious matter.
- The quality of the finished video is only as good as the quality of the original raw footage. For example, footages from older style devices will be different from footages made by newer devices.
- For VHS/VHS-C/8mm tapes/mini-DV conversions to DVD, please ensure your tapes are in reasonable playable condition as we are unable to accept tapes with mould, broken gears or any type of mechanical failure.
- You are welcome to drop off / pickup your media to save postage costs
- NOTE : we consider one tape as a maximum duration of 180 mins or 3 hours. Tapes that have been recorded on Long Play (LP) mode which exceed 180 mins will be incrementally charged. As an example, a 240 min tape (4 hours) recorded on LP mode yields 8 hours of video. This will be charged as 3 tapes.
