- Determine the duration of your raw footage. Do this by transferring your video files from your source device (ie videocam) to your PC.
- A quick method to determine the duration is to right-click the video file and select properties. In the DETAILS tab, look for the length information, it will tell you in Hours and Minutes. Do this for all the files you will send to Playback. Alternatively, just send all the files to us and we can determine the duration for you.
- Once the duration of the video is determined, check it against the Pricing page so you will know the cost
- Contact Playback and book your job, we will tell you the approximate day of completion
- Pay your 50% deposit. We accept Paypal and Bank Transfer. Credit cards are also acceptable via Paypal.
- Send us the files via Post or upload to Cloud or pickup/delivery service.
- If you decide to send us your files via Australia Post, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS. Make copies and send the copies to us. For added piece of mind, we recommend sending by Registered Post. Please note PLAYBACK is not liable for your postal charges.
- Let Playback work its magic
- Upon completion we will contact you with a Draft copy of your video. Please check it to make sure you are happy. Remember you are entitled to two reasonable changes.
- Send us the OK to finalise your video
- Pay your balance
- Upon funds clearance, we will mail your finished DVD to an address of your choice anywhere in Australia.
